RSS Setup Guide
How to register RSS feeds and set up automatic article synchronization.
Overview
Once you register an RSS feed, articles are automatically fetched and displayed in the dashboard. Fetched articles become eligible for audio generation.
Registering an RSS Feed
- Open the Dashboard
Select a content source and open the "RSS Feeds" page
- Enter Feed URL
Enter the RSS 2.0 feed URL and click "Add"
- Automatic Sync Begins
After registration, the feed is checked periodically and new articles are fetched automatically
How Syncing Works
Sync Interval
RSS feeds are checked periodically (approximately every hour). New articles are added automatically when found.
Article Updates
Updates to existing articles are also detected. Duplicates are prevented based on article URL.
Supported Formats
- RSS 2.0 — Recommended
- Atom — Supported
- RSS 1.0 — Partial support
Requirements
Publicly Accessible Feed
The RSS feed must be publicly accessible. Feeds behind Basic authentication or IP restrictions cannot be fetched.
Domain Match
The RSS feed domain must match the registered content source domain. Subdomains are treated as the same domain.
